E-learning technical requirements – What do I need?
You will need access to a computer and internet to undertake the E-Learning. Several computers allow access to the Moodle course management system. However, whatever computer you are using, your system will need to meet the following minimum standards to be able to access the learning modules and watch the videos.

I cannot get this to work, what can I do?
You are able to login to Moodle, but you cannot find your course or you’re having other issues with Moodle, If so, contact admin@ficsport.org and explain the issue and send us a screenshot of the problem and we will get back to you promptly. Please be aware that FICS admin support is in Australia so there may be a slight time delay based on your time zone. As a general rule, we reply to all emails within one working day. For instructions on how to take a screenshot of your computer screen, you can find more information on google Window or Mac.
